SHIPPING & RETURNS


SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped once the product is in stock, unless a specific ship date is requested.
Items not currently in stock will be backordered, and shipped after their arrival at our warehouse.
Products are allocated to shippable orders daily, which means we cannot hold items for future ship dates.
Verify your Bill To and Ship To addresses, or any other order details upon receiving your sales order confirmation.
Please make note of any specific shipping instructions on your purchase order, such as the need for a lift gate, residential address, or notification call.
Additional charges may apply.
Economy Freight
Carriers can only accommodate locations with a loading dock.
- $0-1499 of in-stock orders/product, the customer will pay the exact Freight charges.
- $1500-2499 of in-stock orders/product, the freight charge will be a $450 Flat Rate.
- $2500+ of in-stock orders/product receive a 16-19% Economy Freight cap depending on shipping location.
Expedited Shipping
Your order will be palletized, and we'll obtain an expeditied freight quote from our Logistics Team. Custom pallet fee is $50.00, per pallet.
Drop Ship
HTD offers curbside, threshold, or full white glove delivery services, please reach out to receive a quote delivery. Rates are subject to change.
- Curbside (Liftgate) One man delivery
- Carrier will lower shipment to the ground from the truck.
- Threshold First dry area (Garage/Entrance to the House)
- White Glove (Packaging Removal) One - Two man delivery (depending on weight)
- To a designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases) with packaging removal.
- White Glove (Light Assembly) One - Two man delivery (depending on weight)
- To a designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases) with packaging removal and basic tool light assembly up to 30 mins.
- Please add a $25 handling fee per order, plus a $50 custom pallet fee if applicable.
Third Party Carriers
Customers may use their own Third Party Carrier.
To obtain the required weights and dimensions for the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL) and Labels, customers should contact their Account Managers.
If a pallet is required, a $50 custom pallet fee will be applied.
It's important to note, HTD will not be held responsible for any concealed damages incurred when using customer's carrier.

DAMAGES
Always take photographs of pallets or boxes/cartons before unwrapping, even if there are no apparent damages.
If packaging shows signs of damages:
- DO NOT refuse shipment, this will incur additional charges.
- Photograph the damaged item(s) and the boxes with detailed photos. If you can, please take a photo of the PO Label on the box.
- Notate damages on Bill of Lading.
- Keep a copy of your images, and the Bill of Lading for your records.
- Keep packaging, if product has concealed damages, HTD must be notified within 15 days of delivery.
Please download and fill out the Customer Care Claim Form, then email this form with photos to your Account Manager.


RETURNS
Final sale products cannot be returned.
Undamaged product can be returned with the understanding that:
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- 25% Restocking Fee will be deducted from refund back to the customer.
- Customer, or carrier being used is liable if damages incur during transit upon return of goods.
- If damages do incur upon return, cost of repairs will be deducted from refund back to the customer.
